Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, materials, textures, and dimensions of our furniture. However, because computer monitors and screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your display of any color or texture will be perfectly accurate.
Errors and Omissions: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect specifications, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a full credit to your original payment method.

4. Payments

All payments must be made at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and authorized mobile payment systems. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

5. Delivery, Assembly, and Fit Disclaimer

Delivery Scope: Delivery fees, timelines, and assembly options will be detailed at checkout.
The "Fit" Responsibility: It is the customer’s absolute responsibility to measure all doorways, hallways, stairwells, and the final designated room prior to ordering to ensure the furniture will fit.
Failed Deliveries: If an item cannot fit into the home upon delivery and must be returned, the order will be processed under our standard Return Policy. The customer will be responsible for round-trip delivery costs and the standard 15% restocking fee.
Property Damage Disclaimer: Our delivery team takes maximum care when bringing furniture into your home. However, Sophia's Furniture is not liable for minor incidental scuffs, scratches, or markings on walls, floors, or door frames during the delivery and installation process.

6. Returns and Exchanges

All purchases made through the Website are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. This includes a strict 7-day return window for eligible items, a 48-hour reporting window for damaged items, a 15% restocking fee on standard returns, and specific conditions regarding original packaging. 7. Limitation of Liability

Sophia’s Furniture, our directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs—arising from your use of any of our products or services, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the products, even if advised of their possibility.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal actions arising from transactions with Sophia's Furniture must be filed in the appropriate court located in Los Angeles County, California.
